Silicone Compression Molding Process

Silicone compression molding is a straightforward and reliable manufacturing process used to produce high-quality rubber parts with stable performance and consistent dimensions.
1. Material Preparation
Pre-measured silicone rubber material is prepared and cut into suitable pieces based on the part size and mold design.
2. Mold Preheating
The mold is cleaned and heated to the required temperature to ensure proper curing of the silicone material.
3. Loading Material
The silicone material is placed into the open mold cavity, ensuring correct positioning for uniform filling.
4. Compression & Curing
The mold is closed and pressure is applied. The silicone is compressed and cured under heat until it fully forms the desired shape.
5. Demolding & Trimming
After curing, the part is removed from the mold and excess material (flash) is trimmed to achieve a clean finish.
6. Quality Inspection
Each part is inspected for dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and performance consistency before delivery.
